<p>PURPOSE: A universal box handling robot hand is provided to prevent collision with boxes by preventing excessive movement of a robot with applied a side detecting sensor, and to prevent errors of a pickup process by applying a lower detecting sensor for detecting loading height of boxes. CONSTITUTION: A universal box handling robot hand comprises a first frame(100), a first moving unit(120), a second frame(200), a second moving unit(220), and a main clamp. The first frame is installed in one end of an industrial robot. A first servo motor(110) is arranged in one side of the first frame. The first moving unit is installed in a longitudinal direction of the first frame. The first moving unit changes a rotational motion of the first servo motor and a linear motion. The second frame is installed in the lower part of the first frame. A second servo motor(210) is arranged in one side of the second frame.</p> |
