The exchanger has a supply area (1) supplying fluids to be cooled. An exchange area (4) is provided between two supply areas with respect to a supply path of the fluids. Coolant flows through the exchange area. The supply area (1) consists of material ferritic steel. The exchange area is connected directly with the area (1) and has a material e.g. austenitic steel, which is different from the former material.
