APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GRINDING EDGE

PURPOSE: An edge grinding device and grinding method are provided to maximize the productivity of a product because a loader loads a panel by being transferred to a position of a table and a structure where a grinding wheel is installed is divided. CONSTITUTION: An edge grinding device comprises a table(10), a loader(11), a structure(12), and a grinding wheel(14). A panel(1) is loaded between a front end and rear end and transferred. The loader seats the panel on the table by picking up the panel from a loading unit. The structure is installed across a transfer direction of the table. The grinding wheel is joined to the structure to grind an edge of the panel. The loader seats the panel by moving to the table of the rear part. A part of the structure is split so that the loader is transferred.
