PURPOSE: A connecting device for a high-pressure concrete delivery pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably deliver concrete used for construction of high-rise buildings by increasing the cross section of a flange by 25% of the inner flow sectional area of a pressure delivery pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a connecting device for a high-pressure concrete delivery pipe is as follows. A raw material is cut to prepare flange and clamp materials. The flange and clamp materials are heated to a recrystallization temperature. The heated flange and clamp materials are hot-forged first to mold flange products(110,120) and a clamp product(130). The flange and clamp products are hot-forged secondly and trimmed. The trimmed flange and clamp products are thermally treated to remove internal stress.
