PURPOSE: A control method for cruise mode of a manual transmission vehicle and a device using the same is provided to restart cruise mode without additional manipulation after operating manual transmission by using the operation time of a clutch pedal. CONSTITUTION: A control method for cruise mode of a manual transmission vehicle is as follows. The position information of a clutch pedal(100) is detected by a clutch pedal sensor(200). The stepped state of a clutch pedal is judged whether exceeding determined term. In case of the stepped state of a clutch is under the determined term, the operation is judged as just shifting a gear. Throttle closing control for gear shifting is operated during gear shifting. The engine torque is controlled for operating cruise mode.
