PURPOSE: A defect detection device of a printed circuit board of a multilayer structure is provided to prevent the damage of product by storing via hole opening failure generation in the predetermined location of a memory. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(51) electrically interlinks a contact unit and a partial domain of a circuit pattern. The power supply unit supplies a current to a via hole(17). A printed circuit board defect detection module(70) detects via hole opening failure according to the current amount following in the via hole. The printed circuit board defect detection module stores the via hole opening failure in the predetermined domain of a memory. A transistor is turned on in case the current amount following in the via hole is over a set critical value. |
