PURPOSE: A method for molding mascara brush hair, a mold for the same, and a mascara brush molded by the mold and method are provided to apply enough amount of mascara liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for molding mascara brush hair is as follows. A mascara(1) for form processing is prepared placing nylon hair(20) on two strands of iron cores(10) and twisting the iron cores in a helix shape. The mascara brush hair is mounted in a ridge molding groove of a molding frame(100). A ridge is molded by inserting the molding frame into a furnace. Mascara having the ridge is taken out. The ridge of the brush hair is plasticized. |
