摘要 PURPOSE: A driving device for machining a turbine rotor is provided to reduce machining deviation by forwardly rotating a rotary shaft as shaking due to a universal joint is controlled by a forward rotation regulating unit. CONSTITUTION: A driving device for machining a turbine rotor(1) comprises a universal joint(10) and a forward rotation regulating unit(20). The height difference between the center of a driving unit(200) and the center of a rotary shaft(110) is compensated through the universal joint so that rotating force of the driving unit can be delivered to the rotary shaft. The forward rotation regulating unit is installed between the driving unit and the rotary shaft. When the rotating force is delivered through the universal joint, the forward rotation regulating unit absorbs tremor.
