PURPOSE: A sealing device for a packing container is provided to consider reliability of products and to reduce maintenance factors by heat-welding a packing container only in case of using authentic films. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device for a packing container comprises a body(1), a heating unit(2), a conveying unit(3), a container placing unit(4), a film supporting unit, a rotation measuring unit, and a control unit(8). An internal space forwardly opened is formed in the body. The heating unit is supported inside the body and comprises a liftable heating plate. The conveying unit is installed to be inserted to or drawn out from the internal space through the front of the body. The container placing unit is installed in the conveying unit in one body. The container placing unit inserts a packing container into the body or draws out to the outside of the body and is corresponded to the heating plate while inserting. The film supporting unit comprises a driven shaft(51).
