FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction engineering and may be used for fabrication of tiles from fused metallurgical slag. Proposed device comprises stepped-transfer plate-type moulding conveyor with reusable sliding flaks that allow flask walls sliding apart after complete hardening of tiles and shifting right and left dovetail joint shaping elements toward each other, and swinging flask sing plates together with shuttering tiles and runner ledges to separate the latter. ^ EFFECT: reduced production costs. ^ 1 dwg
