PURPOSE: An Aerococcus sp. LK7 and an antibacterial agent containing the same are provided to ensure bacteriosin productiviyt and to be used as a disinfectant or cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: An Aerococcus sp. LK7 strain LK7(KACC 91604) is isolated from fish gastrointestinal tract and has bacteriosin productivity and antibacterial activity. An antibacterial agent with antibacterial function contains the strain or bacteriosin prepared from the strain. The antibacterial agent is used by being added to feed for fishes or livestock. The bacteriosin has thermal stability.
