METHOD FOR FORMING CADMIUM TIN OXIDE LAYER AND A PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for forming a cadmium tin oxide layer and a photovoltaic device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing the accumulation and annealing processes of a CTO(Transparent Conductive Oxide) and a buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: An amorphous cadmium tin oxide layer(120) is arranged on a supporter(110) and includes a first surface(122) and a second surface(124). A transparent layer is formed by rapid heat annealing of the amorphous cadmium tin oxide layer through the exposure of the first surface of the amorphous cadmium tin oxide layer to electromagnetic radiation.
