PURPOSE: An artificial seminal plasma for preserving grouper is provided to store sperm for a long time and to simplify preservation method. CONSTITUTION: An artificial seminal plasma for grouper contains 0.01 w/v weight% of potassium chloride(KCl), 0.9w/v structure contains 0.01w/v% of potassium chloride, 0.9 2/v% of sodium chloride, 0.006 wt% of calcium chloride, 0.008 w/v% magnesium chloride, 0.05 w/v% of sodium bicarbonate, and 0.002 w/v% of arbumin. |
