<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glossy inkjet recording sheet which has high ink absorption/white paper glossiness/print density and excellent inkjet recording suitability. <P>SOLUTION: This glossy inkjet recording sheet includes a base and a plurality of coating layers including at least, one ink receptive layer, formed on the base. In addition, a gloss development layer containing a pigment and a binder holding the pigment, is formed on the top part of the coating layers. The pigment contains a primary particle colloidal silica with 10 to 60 nm particle diameter and a secondary particle colloidal silica which forms a linkage of straight-line shape or branched shape by associating with a plurality of primary particles, and also has 60 to 160 nm particle diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
