According to the invention, a frequency-tunable resonator (1) has a flexing beam (2) that comprises at least one fastening point (3) and at least one deflection point (6) spaced apart therefrom. The flexing beam (2) is connected on the at least one fastening point (3) to an abutment (4) such that the deflection point (6) can be moved relative to the at least one fastening point (3) in a deflection direction (8) arranged transversely to the longitudinal extension (7) of the flexing beam (2), during which movement the flexing beam (2) undergoes bending deformation. The flexing beam (2) comprises two piezoelectric layers (9, 10) arranged transversely to the deflection direction (8), wherein the second layer is joined to the first layer (9) such that the layers (9, 10) are braced in relation to each other as the deflection point (6) deflects. By means of a control device (12), electrical fields can be applied to the layers (9, 10) such that piezoelectric forces are generated on the layers (9, 10), the effects of which as bending moments mutually compensate each other, and the layers cause a change in the stiffness of the flexing beam. |
