<p>The seat (1) has a holding device (8) comprising a spring device for movable arrangement of a seat area (4) for a time with respect to a coupling region (10) in a longitudinal direction (X) of a vehicle (2) and/or in the width-wise direction (Y) of the vehicle. The spring device comprises a spring element e.g. helical spring, which extends between two application regions in an elongate manner, where the element is capable of being bent by a deformation device for a time.
