PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly adhesive flexible metal-clad laminate is provided to provide excellent adhesion between a polymer film and a metal conductive layer, and to obtain excellent micro pitch patterns. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly adhesive flexible metal-clad laminate comprises: a step of forming a tie-coated layer(20) on a polymer film; a step of forming an epoxy resin layer in semi-cured state on the tie-coated layer; a step of removing the polymer film by separation; a step of forming a seed layer(50), and a metal conductive layer on the tie-coated layer in order.
