PURPOSE: A method for granting the IP address of road side equipment(RSE) is provided to allow the RSE to dynamically implement routing updating processes according to the movement of on board equipment. CONSTITUTION: A message requesting IP address is received from RSE in connection with one interface of each center-RSE(S14). The IP address is applied to the interface(S16). The IP address applied to the interface is transmitted to the RSE(S18). The RSE secures a group ID and the RSE ID of the center-RSE based on the IP address(S20). The RSE ID of the center-RSE is successively increased by 1, and the increased ID of the center-RSE is applied to the RSE ID of the RSE(S22).
