Each pair of external and internal folds is installed in each area formed by a horizontal window beam and vertical window stands. External and internal folds of each pair are spaced from each other, forming a cavity between them. In the horizontal window beam there are ventilation facilities providing for penetration of external air through them into a cavity formed between inner and outer folds. Vertical window stands comprise both external vertical window stands and many internal vertical window stands.
