FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology and nephrology and is intended for microhemocirculatory disorders in mucous membrane of bronchi in patients with chronic kidney disease. Analysis of microhemocirculation in mucous membrane of bronchi is performed by method of laser Doppler flowmetry. Rate of glomerular filtration is calculated. On the basis of obtained data discriminant function D: D=23.6[Ar]-16.7[Am]-17.8[An]-21.1[Ac]+1.5[Ae]-1.8[CV]+2.2[IM]-0.03[RGF] is calculated, where Ar is amplitude of respiratory fluctuations, Am is amplitude of myogenic fluctuations, An is amplitude of neurogenic fluctuations, Ae is amplitude of endothelian fluctuations, Ac is amplitude of cardiac fluctuations, CV is coefficient of variation, IM is index of microcirculation, RGF is rate of glomerular filtration. Index D"ê" is calculated by formula: D"ê"=1.42[IM]. If value D>-3.03, D"ê">80.4, then by totality of indices the patient does not have disorders of microhemocirculation in mucous membrane of bronchi; if D<-3.03, D"ê"<80.4, it means that the patient has disorders of microhemocirculation, if value D=-3.03, D"ê"=80.4, the patient has risk of development of microcirculatory disorders. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to identify state of microhemocirculation in mucous membrane of bronchi in patients with chronic kidney disease at the present period of time, characterise changes of microhemocirculation in dynamics, as well as estimate effect of treatment on microhemocirculation in mucous membrane of bronchi in said category of patients. ^ 3 ex |
