PURPOSE: A thermoelectric material including a coating layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermoelectric device including the same are provided to improve thermoelectric performance by including a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a thermoelectric material on which an inorganic material is coated on the surface thereof. The thermoelectric material includes thermoelectric semiconductor powder and a coating layer The coating layer is provided to the surface of thermoelectric semiconductor powder. An average diameter of the thermoelectric semiconductor powder is about 0.03μm to 100μm. The coating layer is made of a high conductive metal or alloy having higher conductivity than the thermoelectric semiconductor powder.
