PURPOSE: A transmission control device of a manual transmission for a vehicle is provided to reduce the whole size and the number of component by using a pad instead of a fork. CONSTITUTION: A control rod(22) revolves according to the movement of a gearshift. A control finger gear(21) is connected to the control rod. A control finger bar(24) is installed on the top of the control finger gear. A first lug gear(25a) and a second lug gear(25b) are respectively combined with the control finger gear and the control finger bar. A first rod and a second rod are respectively connected to first lug gear and the second lug gear. A first 3-4step pad and a second 3-4step pad are respectively connected to the first rod and the second rod. A 3-4step sleeve is connected between the first 3-4step pad and the second 3-4step pad.
