A safety seat device includes a base 10 and a height-adjustable support leg unit 20 connected to the base. The support leg unit 20 includes a first leg tube 1, a second leg tube 2, and a locking member 3. The first leg tube 1 has a plurality of positioning grooves 11 spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal direction thereof. The second leg tube 2 has an end sleeved movably on an end of the first leg tube 1. The locking member 3 is mounted on the second leg tube 2, possibly pivotally, having an engaging end portion 32 and a driven portion 34, possibly provided on a main body 31 also having a pivot end portion 33, the driven portion preferably being disposed between the engaging end portion 32 the pivot end portion. The engaging end portion 32 is biased into a selected one of the positioning grooves 11 to lock the second leg tube 2 on the first leg tube 1. The driven portion 34 is activated to remove the engaging end portion 32 from the selected positioning groove 11. The second leg tube may be maintained at a folded position relative to the base.
