Apparatus for production of heat and electrical energy from water by the help of electrolysis, when the water is pumped to the apparatus by a water supply device with relief valves and level sensor to the hydrogen generator where from the water the compound of oxygen and hydrogen is produced, which is directly transported to the boiler where the compound is burned and heat is produced when the production of compound in the hydrogen generator is performed by the control unit to burn immediately all the produced compound of oxygen and hydrogen.
