<p>PURPOSE: A composition containing Lilium Siberia extract and carriers is provided to suppress UVB-induced melanogenesis and to enhance skin lightening. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains Lilium Siberia whole plant extract, flower extract, root extract, stem extract, leaf extract, or combination thereof, carrier, surfactant, chelating agent, softening agent, moisturizer, conditioning agent, antiseptic, perfume, and combination thereof. The extract is non-polar extract or polar extract. The composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, suspension, lotion, cream, serum, gel, stick, spray, ointment, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, paste, foam, powder, mousse, shaving cream, hydrogel, or film-forming product. The composition additionally contains skin lightening agent.</p> |
