The eccentric cam drive (10) has driven shaft (14) and shaft bearing (16) to surround the driven shaft, so that piston (12) is supported on driven shaft. The shaft bearing is a sliding type bearing comprising metallic sliding surface (18) and non-metallic sliding surface (20). The non-metallic sliding surface includes groove and eccentric ring that surrounds the driven shaft.
