PURPOSE: A printed circuit board is provided to secure a return path of signal current by reducing power source impedance near a signal via hole region. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(100) comprises a printed wiring board(101) and integrated circuits(111,112) as a semiconductor device mounted on the printed wiring board. The printed circuit board comprises a ground layer(12) which has a ground plane conductor(12a) and a power source layer(11) which has a power source plane conductor(11a). The printed circuit board comprises a first signal wiring layer(13) adjacent to the ground layer and a second signal wiring layer(14) adjacent to the power source layer. The printed wiring board includes a power through hole(3) electrically connected to the power source layer and a ground through hole(4) electrically connected to the ground layer.
