The connection unit has an axle piece (27) rotatably connected to a hollow shaft (12) for forming a passage-through channel (28). The axle piece is arranged as a rotational axis (29) for a housing part (25) such that the housing part is driven together with the axle piece during rotation of the hollow shaft in another housing part (11). A passage-through channel (14) of the hollow shaft and the passage-through channel of the axle piece are connected with one another at all swiveling positions of the former housing part to the latter housing part.
