The pin (1) has an internal thread section (9) provided in a hollow shaft (4). An outer lateral surface of the internal thread section is conically formed in sections such that outside diameter of the hollow shaft is tapered in direction that points away from a head-section (2). An end of the hollow shaft is formed with a projection (7), and a meandering-shaped retaining ring (8) is adjustably provided on the hollow shaft. A guide sleeve comprises an annular groove for admission of the ring and is attached to the head section, where the ring is made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a closure device comprising a receiver element.
