PURPOSE: An electrophysiological cochlear dead region detection apparatus and an information providing method for the same are provided to optimize a position for installing a hearing aid by utilizing a cochlear active region near a cochlear dead region. CONSTITUTION: A controller(100) is comprised of a stimulus sound generator(110) and an ACC(Acoustic Change Complex) measurement unit(120). The controller is connected to an output unit(130) and an input unit(140). An examinee receives stimulus sound through a headphone, an audiometer(200), and etc. An ACC value of the examinee is measured in the ACC measurement unit through an amplifier(300).
