PURPOSE: A marker and method for identifying individual cloned cow are provided to distinguish cloned cow and donor cow through a genetic method. CONSTITUTION: A marker for identifying cloned cow comprises a primer of sequence numbers 1-7, which specifically bind to ND5, D-loop, and 12S rDNA. A method for identifying cloned cow comprises: a step of isolating mitochondria DNA from a subject cow; and a step of amplifying ND5, D-loop, and 12S rDNA gene region of mitochondria DNA using a pair of sequence number 1 and 2 or 3. |
