PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image display device and an operation method thereof are provided to minimize crosstalk and brightness variation of image information. CONSTITUTION: An image display panel(210) emits image information. A parallel barrier plate(230) is arranged in the front side of the image display panel. A pixel(10) constitutes a plurality of data lines which are formed in the image display panel. At least one image pixel is horizontally moved.
