FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a perfluorinated copolymer containing functional groups. The method involves emulsion copolymerisation of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoro-2-fluorosulphonyl ethoxypropylvinyl ether using a radical initiator and a perfluorocarboxylic acid salt as an emulsion stabiliser. The method involves a step for preliminary emulsion of perfluoro-2-fluorosulphonyl ethoxypropylvinyl ether in aqueous solution of a perfluorinated surfactant, which is carried out, preferably, through ultrasonic exposure in a current of inert gas with volume ratio monomer/water phases equal to, preferably, 1:1, with subsequent transfer of the emulsion in the inert gas medium into an autoclave containing water with dissolved components of the initiator pH regulator, after which tetrafluoroethylene is fed, an anchor mixer is switched on and copolymerisation is carried out with formation of latex, which is then subjected to coagulation. ^ EFFECT: simple technique, constant copolymer composition, as well as formation of copolymer with optimum electrochemical and physical-mechanical properties. ^ 6 cl, 2 tbl, 7 ex |
