PURPOSE: A plastic liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a conductive electrode from being destroyed during a process of cutting a plastic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plastic upper plate(20) has an upper plate electrode and an upper plate electrode pad. The upper plate electrode pad is connected to the upper plate electrode. The upper plate electrode pad protrudes in one direction. A sealant(30) is formed around circumferences between a plastic upper plate and the plastic lower plate. A liquid crystal inlet is formed on one side of the sealant. The gap between the plastic upper plate and the plastic lower plate is filed a liquid crystal layer(40) through the liquid crystal inlet.
