DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING NITROGEN GAS OF HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE

PURPOSE: A nitrogen gas supply device of a specimen heat treatment furnace is provided to prevent oxidation of nitrogen gas on the surface of a specimen in a heat treatment furnace for residual stress removal by minimizing the temperature deviation of the nitrogen gas. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen gas supply device of a specimen heat treatment furnace comprises a nitrogen supply pipe(12), an inner pipe(14), and a heating coil(16). The nitrogen supply pipe is extended into the heat treatment furnace. The inner pipe is connected to the leading end of the nitrogen supply pipe in the heat treatment furnace and formed with a nitrogen gas discharge hole(18) on one side thereof. The heating coil is installed in the inner pipe and heats the nitrogen gas drawn in the inner pipe.
