PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent the shape deformation of a washer by protruding a hanging piece. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly(250) comprises a bearing housing(100) and a bearing(200). The bearing is accepted in a receiving space formed by the bearing housing and comprises an oil impregnation sintered bearing. A stator(300) comprises a core(310) and a coil(320). A rotary shaft(400) is inserted into the hollow of the bearing. The rotary shaft is pivotally supported by the bearing. A part of a washer(550) is fixed between the bearing and bearing housing. |
