PURPOSE: Bio verification apparatus, system, and method using a smart phone including a bio certificate are provided to control the entrance by performing a verification process using body parts or goods which is selected from a user. CONSTITUTION: A bio verification method comprises the following steps: searching peripheral access point around a bio verification apparatus(S614); encoding a bio certificate, and transmitting the encoded bio certificate to the searched access points using the bio verification apparatus(S616, S618); transmitting the bio certificate to a bio verification server from the access points; and verifying a user based on the received bio certificate on the bio verification server(S622).
