PURPOSE: A vehicle wheel equipped with an inner temperature and air pressure adjusting device is provided to maintain the air pressure of a tire evenly and prevent the damage of a tire due to overheat through cooling the inner space of a tire by using liquid nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle wheel equipped with an inner temperature and air pressure adjusting device comprises a wheel body(1), a cold air inlet pipe(2), an exhaust pipe(3), a liquid nitrogen tank(4), a temperature sensor(5), a pressure sensor(6), a control unit(7), and a valve. The cold air inlet pipe is installed in the wheel body. The liquid nitrogen tank is connected to the cold air inlet pipe. The temperature sensor and pressure sensor are installed on the wheel body. The control unit transfers the liquid nitrogen of the liquid nitrogen tank to the cold air inlet pipe according to the sensed result of the temperature sensor and pressure sensor. The valve is operated by the control unit.
