PURPOSE: A constellation watching room is provided to show constellations using the linearity of light according to season. CONSTITUTION: A constellation watching room comprises a base(10) and a constellation sculpture(20). The base forms a floor side. The constellation sculpture' back is installed toward the meridian altitude of sun in the base. The constellation sculpture is formed into a half-dome shape and forms a plurality of constellation holes in order to form the light to the base. A summer solstice constellation holes which are located on the upper side of the constellation sculpture are formed in a summer solstice constellation area. A spring-autumnal equinox constellation holes which are located on the lower side of the constellation sculpture are formed in a spring-autumnal equinox constellation area. A winter solstice constellation holes which are located on the lower side of the spring-autumnal equinox constellation area are formed in a winter solstice constellation area. |
