摘要 PURPOSE: A flexible PCB based self-power supplier using a flexible PCB and a sensor node using the same are provided to enlarge the sense bandwidth of a piezoelectric power generating element. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode pad(400) and wiring(401) are formed on a flexible printed circuit board substrate(100). A piezoelectric power generating element is formed on the top of the flexible printed circuit board substrate. A piezoelectric element is welded with the flexible printed circuit board substrate. The piezoelectric power generating element is loaded inside the flexible printed circuit board substrate. The upper electrode pad is connected to the upper electrode(202) of the piezoelectric element. A center mass body(300) located in the center of the piezoelectric power generating element is welded with the center of the upper electrode. An edge mass body(301) located in the edge of the piezoelectric power generating element is welded with the upper electrode.
