PURPOSE: A mobile plant for dosing, mixing, and packing is provided to operate on a standard horizontal plane, and to guarantee connection between the mobile plant and a control center in real time. CONSTITUTION: A mobile plant for dosing, mixing, and packing comprises a first carrying structure(1). The first carrying structure is remote controlled from a central operation station and is inserted into a standard offshore carrying container without deformation. The first carrying structure having a rectangular shape accommodates all the parts for plant and is arranged in a horizontal plane. The mobile plant comprises a first section(2), a second section, a third section(4), a fourth section(5), and a fifth section(7). The first section receives different final product components comprising formula for products and manually measures weight. The second section comprises a material loading area in which a powdery material of which weight is measured in the first area puts into a total volume container. In the third section, a container loaded in the second section is transferred and is putted under a powdery production mixer for mixing. The fourth section fills sacks and measures the weight of the sack. The fifth section is composed that arbitrary metal particles are not included in the sacks. |
