摘要 PURPOSE: An electrode on a membrane using a printing and a biomaterial detection using the same are provided to detect a target material of a minute amount with excellent sensitivity using electric signals amplified by multiplying conductivity because the target material is measured by filtering on a membrane and metallic ions are restored on the membrane. CONSTITUTION: A sensor comprises an electrode printed on a membrane for filtering. The reaction solution in which a sample containing an enzyme where a ligand is fixed to or metallic nano particles where the ligand is fixed to is mixed passes through the membrane for filtering so that the electric signals of the electrode are generated. The membrane for filtering is selected from nitro cellulose, polycarbonate, nylon, polyester, cellulose acetate, polysulfone, and polyethan sulfone. The electrode is printed by a screen printing process.
