PURPOSE: An air electrode of solid oxide fuel cell is provided to uniformly spread silver nanoparticles coated by carbon on an air electrode without coagulating, and to provide a fuel cell unit cell capable of operating low temperature below 650 °C. CONSTITUTION: An air electrode of solid oxide fuel cell comprises a silver nano particle coated by carbon. A manufacturing method of the air electrode comprises: a step of manufacturing the silver nano particle coated by carbon; a step of manufacturing air electrode slurry comprising the silver nanoparticle, and LSCF(La_0.6Sr_0.4Co_0.3Fe_0.7O_(3-y), but y is (0.0<=y<=0.5)); a step of coating the air electrode slurry on an electrolyte layer; and a step of sintering the coated air electrode slurry.
