PURPOSE: A method for preparing thermoplastic prepreg is provided to prepare prepreg with excellent bonding property of a resin and reinforced fibers using a compound chip in which carbon nanotube(CNT) and thermoplastic resin are bonded. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing thermoplastic prepreg comprises the steps of: providing reinforced fibers(8); providing a release paper; uniformly supplying a compound chip(4) in which carbon nanotube(CNT) and a thermoplastic resin are bonded into the reinforced fibers; melting and impregnating the compound chip using a heating plate to form a reinforced material; and melting and impregnating the reinforced material using an extruder. |
