摘要 PURPOSE: A digital angle measuring sensor and a device thereof are provided to accurately and stably measure an angle of inclination without a drift or a change of measurement value by obtaining gradient by using a digital value. CONSTITUTION: A digital angle measuring sensor comprises an upper layer installation member, a forming member, a lower layer installation member, an integration member, a groove installation member, a processing member, a sealing member, a detection member, and a measurement member. The upper layer installation member installs an upper layer(32) where a sensing pad is installed in an edge of the upper part. The forming member forms a plurality of middle layers(33) where the sensing pad are installed. The lower layer installation member a lower layer(34) where the sensing pad is installed in an edge of the lower part. The integration member integrates the upper and middle and lower layers. The processing member controls surface tension of a groove and fluid so that a contact angle between the fluid and sensing pad becomes very near to 90 degrees. The sealing member is partly filled with the fluid maintaining a horizontal plane by floating inside a package and sealed. The detection member applies electrical signals to a power supply pad, thereby detecting an electric property difference of all sensing pads using the fluid maintaining the horizontal plane. The measurement member detects locations of the sensing pads contacting to or not contacting to the fluid maintaining the horizontal plane, thereby measuring gradient.
