PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the charging density of a coke testing furnace is provided to enable the accurate formation of charging density condition in a test using a coke testing furnace. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the charging density of a coke testing furnace comprises a column(21), an adjustment rod(22), and an adjustment plate(22a). The column is installed vertically to a coke testing furnace(10). The adjustment rod is installed in the column and moves forward, rearward, upward, and downward. The adjustment plate is installed at the end of the adjustment rod. The column is formed with rack gears inside. Pinion gears are installed in a rack gear body formed at the lower surface of the adjustment rod. Motor-embedded gear boxes drive the pinion gear and are installed on the vertical surface and horizontal surface of a carrier bracket. The pinion gear is installed in the motor-embedded gearbox mounted on the horizontal surface. |
