PURPOSE: Tea leaf enzyme and a method of making food using the same are provided to mix beneficial components such as dietary fiber, protein, beta-carotene, vitamin E, chlorophyl, minerals etc with food and to maintain a flavor and taste of the tea. CONSTITUTION: A method of making food using tea leaf enzyme includes the following steps: rolling tea leaves in a rolling machine for 1 ~ 5 minutes; filling the rolled green tea leaves with sugar in a container; turning the leaves inside out in the shade for 30 ~ 60 minutes; manufacturing tea leaf enzyme by aging the mixed solution for 60 ~ 90 days; manufacturing food with the tea leaf enzyme using other ingredients. |
