PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nucleic acid probe-coated porous solid support strip is provided to prevent abnormal hybridization. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nucleic acid probe-coated porous solid support strip comprises: a step of conjugating a nucleic acid probe with a carrier to prepare a conjugate; and a step of fixing the conjugate to a porous solid support by a vacuum transfer method. The nucleic acid probe is DNA, RNA, or PNA. The nucleic acid probe contains a marker which is directly or indirectly detectable by spectroscopic, photochemical, biochemical, immunological, or chemical device. The nucleic acid probe additionally contains a spacer for enhancing efficiency of hybridization. The space is a non-specific poly T tail.
