PURPOSE: A charger with a battery is provided to create an optimal charge environment by automatically changing resistance and voltage value. CONSTITUTION: A DC power supply unit(1) is composed of batteries for supplying DC power supply to a smart phone. An output control unit(10) regularly supplies the power provided from the DC power supply unit. A mode setting unit sets the kind of the smart phone through the switching operation of a switching unit. A micom control unit sets an output port outputting a signal by setting data of the mode setting unit. The micom control unit outputs an output control signal on the output control unit. An output unit(50) controls resistance value and voltage value determined by the output signal of the micom control unit. The charge tab unit(40) is connected to a charge unit of the smart phone. A display unit(60) displays charging operation.
