PURPOSE: A device for blocking a backward flow of exhaust gas in an industrial boiler is provided to block an inflow of external air by forming a thick pneumatic blocking layer between dual dampers because the dual dampers installed in a boiler duct and pneumatic pressure is continuously added to a space between the dampers. CONSTITUTION: A device for blocking a backward flow of exhaust gas in an industrial boiler comprises exhaust ducts(3,4), a pair of dampers(6,7), and an air supply pipe(9). The exhaust ducts having dampers are connected to a boiler. The exhaust ducts in both sides are connected to one common flue(5). The pair of dampers is installed in ends of the both exhaust ducts at a constant interval. A tube-shaped space(8) is formed between the dampers. The air supply pipe connected to outer devices is connected to the tube-shaped space. Pneumatic pressure is continuously added to the tube-shaped space so that counter pressure corresponding to the backward gas actuates.
